Robust and Economical Coolant Automation
DOSIMETRIX® combines reliable measurement data acquisition with automatic refilling and precise concentration control. The critical measurement is performed in a controlled manner with a digital handheld device, while the eMix system automatically calculates the correct refill concentration, performs dosing and fills the CNC tanks.
This automates exactly the part that causes the most effort in daily coolant maintenance: the correct top-up with the right concentration. The measurement itself remains simple, fast and transparent. The operator can assess the condition of the coolant directly at the CNC tank and immediately recognize anomalies such as contamination, tramp oil or foaming.
Measured values are automatically transferred to the eMix system. This eliminates reading errors, typing errors and incorrect entries. On this basis, DOSIMETRIX® reliably controls re-dosing and ensures stable coolant concentrations in real manufacturing operations.
DOSIMETRIX® is thus a proven, robust and economical method to implement coolant automation simply and reliably. Maintenance effort remains minimal since no sensors permanently immersed in the coolant need to be cleaned, monitored or regularly recalibrated.
With fully automatic systems with sensors permanently installed in the coolant, this can become a problem: particles, tramp oils, additives and residues can coat sensor surfaces. When measurement values drift as a result, concentration control also works on the basis of incorrect data. In practice, this can lead to incorrect dosing, additional manual sensor cleaning and higher maintenance costs.
The result: reliable measurements, stable coolant concentrations, minimal maintenance costs and an economical automation that works in everyday industrial operations.

Measure
The operator measures the coolant concentration 2× per week with the digital hand refractometer — directly at the machine, with a single button press.
Record
The measurement value is automatically saved and evaluated in the FLUIDAS analysis portal. Limit values, trends and alarms are immediately visible.
Dose
The eMix1500 doses and fills the tank fully automatically to the setpoint. No manual refilling, no guessing, no wear from under- or over-concentration.
Document
Every measurement, every dosing, every deviation — completely logged. Compliance and audit evidence is retrievable at any time.
No Internet Connection Required
DOSIMETRIX® hybrid works completely offline. The FLUIDAS analysis portal is optional — additionally available for operations with cloud connectivity.
AI that understands — not just monitors
