The hybrid measuring and dosing logic of DOSIMETRIX® is jointly registered by Brisco Systems and GIMAT as a utility model at the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA). 1:1 reproductions are excluded.

How does DOSIMETRIX® hybrid work?
eMix1500 DOSIMETRIX® Edition
The fully electronic mixer eMix1500 DOSIMETRIX® Edition calculates the required concentration for each tank individually before every mixing cycle. For this, the concentration must be measured approximately twice a week with the digital Atago PAL1 refractometer. The measured values are automatically transferred from the PAL1 device via the smartphone app to the eMix1500. No manual reading of measured values required. Using a special membrane pump system, the eMix1500 mixes the exact required amount of concentrate with make-up water.
Each tank is filled individually and precisely via the main emulsion line with tank valves.
Multiple protection functions against overfilling — even for CNC machines with large travel volumes.
Built-in algorithms permanently guarantee consistent concentrations in all tanks.
All dosing and filling data is automatically recorded and stored in the FLUIDAS portal.
Measurement transfer via NFC — contactless and error-free
The concentration is measured directly at the machine using the digital Atago PAL1 refractometer. The measured value is then transferred contactlessly via NFC to the smartphone app and from there automatically forwarded to the eMix1500 — without manual reading, without typing, without transmission errors.
Initial and Top-up Filling — No Second System Needed
The eMix1500 DOSIMETRIX® Edition handles both top-up filling and initial filling with high filling capacity. With most competitors, filling capacity drops sharply as concentration increases — making costly second systems necessary for initial fills.
With DOSIMETRIX® this is not the case — one single system for top-up and initial filling, at consistently high capacity.
SmartFusion — Maximum Emulsion Quality for Longer Coolant Service Life
SmartFusion produces an exceptionally fine and uniform emulsion. This high emulsion quality ensures more stable cooling, slower tool wear and significantly longer coolant service life. The result: massively reduced operating costs. The emulsion quality has been confirmed by an independent measurement report from OST Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences.
